1970's Cyprus Double Surcharged Postal Card – 30m on 25m on 15m – Mint

Description

An unused postal card from Cyprus. Originally Higgins & Gage #34, the 15 milliemes red on buff card which was surcharged to 25 milliemes and then surcharged again to 30 milliemes. The earlier value was covered with a block of ink. See scans for condition.
