Thank you for your business and support. Due to the pandemic and holidays, USPS is having a lot of delays specially with First Class Mail. I use First Class to ship your order, and I ship it the same day as long as it’s paid before noon Pacific Time on weekdays. Unfortunately a lot of my First Class orders have been delayed by many days. If you are able to buy three or more sketchpads that would be great, that way I could use either Priority Mail or FedEx (depending on the quantity); so far I haven’t had any issues with either of them. If you can’t by three or more, please take the delays into consideration, specially if it is a Christmas gift. Once I give the parcel to USPS it is out of my hands, I will have the same information that you will have regarding the tracking. I wish I had a way to expedite but I don’t. I’m sorry for any delays, and please be safe.
The paper pad is brand new, it has 30 sheets of 9″ x 12″ (22.9cm x 30.4cm). Quality sketch paper, excellent for pencil, ink, pastel, charcoal and crayon.

● We ship all the orders within one business day after payment has been received. If payment is done before noon, we’ll ship your order the same day. If payment is made on a Friday afternoon, your order will be ship the following Monday.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 30 days return policy. Just send us a message and we will gladly help you with your return.

We expect payment to be received within two day after the listing has ended. If for any reason you need more time to pay please let me know in advance so the system doesn’t open an unpaid case.
