Consolidated art glass gold decorated milk glass PEONIES vase, 12 3/8" h DRILLED

Consolidated gold dec. milk glass PEONIES vase.
The vase was made by Consolidated Lamp and Glass Co. circa 1927 – early 1940’s and measures 5 1/2 inches in diameter, 3 1/4 inches in top diameter, 3 1/2 inches in base diameter and 12 3/8 inches in height.
It is decorated gold paint.
It has been drilled for a lamp, undoubtedly at the factory.
It has flaking and chipping on the interior rim of the top as shown in the pictures, it may be why it was selected to be turned into a lamp.
It weighs three pounds and two ounces.
The item is in excellent shape and has no damage other than it has been drilled for a lamp, undoubtedly at the factory and it has flaking and chipping on the interior rim of the top; all as shown in the pictures.

I pack well, I use newspaper (have shipped thousands of items over 35 years).  I will use peanuts and bubble wrap, if I have them from recycling, but I will not purchase them as I think they are very bad for the environment (floating plastic garbage heap in the Pacific).
