Vintage Phoenix Consolidated Frosted GLASS POPPY VASE BRASS MOUNTS or Tiffin

Offered from a local estate is a wonderful vintage Phoenix Consolidated Glass Puffy Frosted
(I’m told this could be Tiffin Poppy, not sure which, you can decide)
Poppy Vase with Filigree Brass mounts on rim and base and applied brass feet
9 1/2″ tall 5″ across at rim and 3 3/4″ across at base
No chips, cracks, stains
There are some soil rubs on a few high spots of the design which look like they would easily clean off, however
I have no experience cleaning frosted glass so did not want to take a chance with my go-to Magic Eraser and do any damage
I will leave it to new owner to wash this great vintage piece.
